We had our first Adult Sunday School in the Robert Peel last Sunday. We drank coffee or tea; some bought toast; others treated themselves to a sausage sandwich or bacon roll. The service was efficient and the staff were welcoming. Locals were intrigued.
And the group? Well, we looked at a passage from the bible, from that bit which tells the story of David bringing the ark into Jerusalem. David dances naked in front of the ark, so among other things we explored our own likes and dislikes in worship. And whether what we like should determine what actually we offer the Lord in worship. It was a fun discussion.
